• Custom Shipping Lead Time: This fire pit or fire table is made-to-order and custom-built in Southern California. Build time is typically 2–4 weeks, plus 1–2 weeks for transit. Please allow 3–6 weeks total for delivery.
• Returns: All sales are final as each piece is crafted just for you. 
• Warranty:  Residential — 1 year for electronics, gas valves & pilot assembly; 5 years for stainless steel & aluminum pans; Lifetime warranty for all burners. Note: Electrodes & spark igniters are not warrantied due to lifespan.
