Refund policy

At Mister Bonfire, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every fire pit, fire table, and outdoor product we carry. Because we partner with multiple U.S. manufacturers — each with their own return rules — our policy varies by brand and product type. Please review the sections below before placing your order.

General Policy

Custom-Made Products
Many of our fire pits and fire tables are custom made just for you. These items are final sale and cannot be returned once your order is placed.
(Examples: Mister Bonfire fire tables, The Outdoor Plus fire tables, certain Fire Pit Art pieces.)

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide pictures of the damage so we can make it right.

Eligibility
Returned items (if eligible) must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase or receipt.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at hello@misterbonfire.com. Note:  Returns will need to be sent to the address they were shipped from, since we work with multiple vendors across the U.S.  If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Brand-Specific Returns

  • MF Fire: 30-day return policy on unused, unopened items.
  • Sea Biscuit Metal Designs: Returns handled on a case-by-case basis (please contact us before ordering for details).
  • Ohio Flame: All sales are final. Replacements or refunds available only for defective or damaged products.
  • Fire Pit Art: Fire pits and gas components are not eligible for return if installed or used. Custom pieces are final sale.
  • Mister Bonfire Fire Tables: These fire tables are custom made. All sales are final, as each piece is crafted to order.
  • The Outdoor Plus: All sales are final, as each product is built to your specifications.
