At Mister Bonfire, we partner with a variety of trusted brands across the U.S. — which means your shipping details may vary slightly depending on which product you’re ordering. But no worries—we’re here to break it down.

 

💸 Free Shipping — Here’s What It Covers:

We proudly offer free economy shipping on most orders over $99, but there are a few exceptions to keep in mind:

  • Free shipping only applies to the continental U.S. (although we do hope to offer international shipping at some point in the future).
  • Custom-made items (The Outdoor Plus): Not eligible for free shipping. Freight is quoted and invoiced separately for your approval before production. For a quote before ordering, email hello@misterbonfire.com or use our Contact Us form with your ZIP code and product details. Residential delivery, liftgate, or access limits may affect the quote. See the Shipping / Returns / Warranty tab on the product page for brand-specific info.

 

📦 Standard Shipping Timeframes:

  • In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Made-to-Order and Custom-Made Items: Production and delivery timelines vary by brand. Many made-to-order (handcrafted) and/or custom-made products may take a bit longer to build and ship—please refer to the Shipping / Returns / Warranty section on the specific product page for the most accurate estimate.

 

🌍 Shipping Limits (We Love You, But...)

We admire folks who live in remote cabins, island cottages, and mountaintop yurts — we really do. But please note:

Free shipping does not apply to locations that require special delivery methods like planes, boats, ferries, or unicorn-drawn sleds (though if you have the latter, we’d love a photo).

If you live somewhere off the beaten path, please contact us before placing your order—we’ll do our best to get your fire pit to you, but there may be additional fees or restrictions based on your location.

Since we work with multiple suppliers (each with their own policies), we recommend checking the Shipping / Returns / Warranty tab located on the product page of the item you’re interested in. That’s where you’ll find the most accurate, up-to-date info for that specific brand and model.
