NOTE: Do not tarp your fire pit. The tarp will cause the patina to blacken and stop the oxidation process. In many cases, the color of the tarp will transfer to the new steel. Custom Shipping Lead Time: Fire pits are made-to-order and typically ship in 2–3 weeks via LTL (Less Than Truckload) residential curbside delivery.
Returns: Fire pits and gas components are not eligible for refund if installed or used. Custom pieces are final sale.
Warranty: 10-year warranty on carbon steel fire pits, 100-year structural warranty on stainless steel. Iron oxide patina finishes are not covered.  HPC burners are covered for manufacturing defects with a Hassle Free Lifetime warranty. AWEIS ignition systems are covered for 3 years (residential) or 1 year (commercial).
