NOTE: Do not tarp your fire pit — the tarp will cause the patina to blacken and stop the oxidation process. In many cases, the tarp’s color may transfer to the steel. Returns: Fire pits and gas components are not eligible for refund if installed or used. Custom pieces are final sale.
Warranty: 10-year warranty on carbon steel fire pits, 100-year structural warranty on stainless steel. Iron oxide patina finishes are not covered.  HPC burners are covered for manufacturing defects with a Hassle Free Lifetime warranty. AWEIS ignition systems are covered for 3 years (residential) or 1 year (commercial).
