Custom Shipping Lead Time: Fire pits are made-to-order and typically ship in 2–3 weeks via LTL (Less Than Truckload) residential curbside delivery.
Returns: Fire pits and gas components are not eligible for refund if installed or used. Custom pieces are final sale.
Warranty: 10-year warranty on carbon steel fire pits, 100-year structural warranty on stainless steel. Iron oxide patina finishes are not covered.  HPC burners are covered for manufacturing defects with a Hassle Free Lifetime warranty. AWEIS ignition systems are covered for 3 years (residential) or 1 year (commercial).
