    From ordering to delivery of my wine barrel fire pit, the communication was beyond excellent. I had multiple questions that Rochelle answered immediately and once the order was placed, John kept me in the loop with shipping. I received it on time, the delivery guy was great, customer service for the shipping company was a little questionable. The only problem I have is getting the 20 gallon propane tank inside because I have a bummed knee and it's hard to kneel down. No one's fault but my own. I think I'm going to purchase a squatty 11lb propane tank. I had great service and I love my fire pit. This is all my opinion and no, I wasn't paid for my review.
